PhD Research

PhD Research

During the doctoral research, the master's studies were continued, dealing with the problem of remote interaction involving force exchanges (bilateral control). With the combination of algorithms present in the literature, he sought to optimize the compromise between stability and transparency in bi and multilateral multiplayer robotic telerehabilitation activities.

Telerehabilitation Orthoses

Test performed between Newman Laboratory (Cambridge, MA, USA) and ReRob Laboratory (São Carlos, SP, Brazil) for a robotic telerehabilitation game. That project was part of a partnership between Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and São Carlos School of Engineering, sponsored by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) under grant 2015/50376-2 and MIT-Brazil Misti Program grant 2160632.
